Just-Ask's online automated fault logging system allows
clients to log faults via the Internet and select nominated suppliers
based on a performance league table compiled by assessments from
previous users. Once the supplier has been selected, the client
can then either email, telephone or send a text message to the supplier
to submit the fault request. The supplier can then either log on
to the supplier version of the portal and collect details or connect
to the WAP site to retrieve the details via their mobile telephone
or web enabled PDA.
|
At each stage of the process the client receives an update
by email or text message once the supplier has accepted the
job, contacted the system to inform the client that they are
running late, arrived on site and/or finished the job.
The client can receive these updates by email or text message.
This system uses the latest (and emerging) technology to provide
a link between FM contractors, suppliers and clients.
The service is automated so the FM provider can reduce overheads
but, crucially, enhance the service to the client at the same
time.
