our Room Booking system, Corporate Hospitality
allows companies to manage the provision of catering for meetings.

It offers an easy to use interface for ordering tea/coffee
for meetings or a full buffet service. The client orders using
a relevant cost code for the transaction to be authorised.
Each Corporate Hospitality account is personalised to the
individual user, displaying a list of current bookings along
with a list of historical bookings.
Some clients also prefer the added security of additional
authorization by using the name of the executive responsible
for the cost code in addition to the cost code itself.

In order for the caterer to manage the system efficiently we use
the Hospitality Management Console to provide access to all content
management features, orders and reports. Once again, simplicity
is crucial because we assume that the majority of users will have
limited time available and do not want to learn complex software
in order to access the most commonly used elements within an application.
The feedback we have received from sites running this service has
shown that it saves around thirty hours per week on booking times
and management reporting processes leading to significant savings
on each client site for both the client and the contractor.
