Just-Ask develops Internet based custom built portal solutions to help clients reduce costs and improve efficiency by automating common tasks such as meeting room booking, corporate hospitality, help desk/call centre and ergonomic workplace assessment and risk assessment.

Just-Ask creates a custom designed proactive solution for each client that reflects the needs of the organisation. We focus on directing client's resources towards exceptions to procedure and we automate the tasks that do not require any interaction with another member of staff. This helps the client to rethink service delivery by changing from a reactive to a proactive model. Improvements and cost savings are usually achieved without the need for further investment in personnel or IT hardware.
