Just-Ask Workplace Assessment is the result of a collaborative development with one of our major customers to create a customisable risk and ergonomic assessment tool that will allow large, multi site companies to undertake assessments of each building, asset and individual employee on an annual basis. This system will eventually feature e-procurement links to suppliers to allow the results of surveys to be directed to nominated suppliers so that they can quote against an actual order requirement and help the client to manage its business using live data.

The risk assessment module comprises approximately 50 questions, which the user answers to provide an electronic risk assessment. All data is stored in the central database for individual and statistical reporting. At the end of the module, the management system will compile the assessment data and produce a summary report for each user to help them understand what steps they can take to improve their workstation/working environment.

The head of each department will receive a summary of all the assessments relating to that department showing details of the training requirements (including a summary of the action plan delivered to each user) and a summary of the items that need to be purchased to bring any deficient workstation's up to the required standard. Other parties, such as health and safety or purchasing, can also access this data.
